moving clownfish and anemone into smaller tank?
hi everyone, well i got two clownfish and a green bubbletip anemone in my 30 gallon tank.. the anemone has not moved from its spot that i put it in.. (far away form the powerhead plus with a stocking on the powerhead so that if it decided to move it couldnt get sucked in .... (like my last green anemone did..... )-the stocking is now off for a few weeks, i only had it on for 1 week and half of that week i had it off during the day and then on at night cause that is when my last anemone got sucked up was at night time.. lol-
but this one is doin great, it is staying in its spot for WEEKS now.. and well but my clownfish are just hanging out in the opposite corner of the tank.. (ever since that happend.. not swimming around much.. when it does it only goes for half the tank on the otherside.. now i am cycling my little 10gallon, and it is now ready to put the clownfish in, but not the anemone yet.. should i put the clownfish and anemone in that tank once it is ready to see if they host?? and if they host for a good month.. move them back into the 30gallon?? and i was thinking on getting then a single clownfish with her own anemone in the 10gallon tank.. let me know what you think..
