Rods food?
Rods food recommends not to thaw it because of it's small food particles. Anyone using rods food, how do you prepare it? thanks

I always let mine thaw in a small cup of tank water.

Thawing it doesn't hurt, Rod's website says not to rinse it before putting it in the tank, that will wash away some of the small goodies.

Don't rinse the food. Thawing is necessary unless you use a food net.

Then I'll let it sit for few minutes to thaw but not rinse. My starry blenny sucks it out of baster in little chunks and the leftover liquid I just dump it in water column for corals.

I thaw mine in a little salt water and then use a turkey baster to feed also.

I put mine in a Bulk Reef Supply feeding bottle (looks like a miniature ketchup squeeze bottle) and thaw it with some tank water.
When I'm traveling I mix up a few of these bottles and put 'em in the fridge for my wife to use to feed the tank.
