refugium lighting

Hi guys. I'm putting lighting on my 1 gallon HOB refugium. I'm putting Chaeto algae in it. This is mainly for copepods. Anyway, if the lamp was very close would a 4 watt LED bulb do the trick and make the algea grow? Thanks

Yea, that would do the trick for a one gallon fuge. I used a 13w CF from Home Depot before and my chaeto would almost double every two weeks.
