Sick midas blenny!

Hi All,

I have a Midas Blenny and is scratching his right side/face on the rocks. I also noticed some laceration/redness on his right face, around his eye. He's not breathing heavily/not coming up for air and is eating a lot. I feed him 2x/day.

He's currently in quarantine with a pair of false ocellaris, a pair of black and white clownfish, and a neon goby.

What should I do to treat them? No signs of anything with the clownfish and the goby.

Quarantine Set-up:
60 gallons
50 lbs liverock
SRO-2000INT protein skimmer
30x turnover water flow
0 Ammonia
0 Nitrite
10ppm Nitrate
80 deg. temp
1.025 salinity
