Incredibly confused, PLEASE HELP

Soooo a couple of days ago my royal gramma looked almost like it was beat up, for lack of a better description, and then disappeared. Now my female clown looks beat up too and I don't understand why. My small male looks healthy as can be and still eating but my female wont. Is it a disease or something? This is the best pic I could get ImageUploadedByTapatalk1353374462.684134.jpg

Can't tell from the picture, but you might take a look through here:

I'd keep an eye on the clown that's eating. He's probably beating up his tank mates.

Even though he is the smallest fish in the tank? And he has always been docile and passive towards the larger female (the one in the pic)

No doubt. Google "cherry barb" - I had one chase around a few fish much bigger than it.

Almost every gramma that I have kept has exhibited those same symptoms. I cannot keep them.

A "royal gramma" or psudo chromis that looks like a royal gramma? Royals are a very docile fish. Psudo are pure hell.

I'm positive it was a gramma, and there was no signs of bullying in the 2+ months I had the fish. All three are dead or missing btw.. All within a few day span. I'm guessing it was some disease that I can't diagnose that wiped them out.

Take a look at Brooklynella, and Velvet, in the link I sent.

Sorry for our loss man
Leave the tank fish free for a week or two so you don't have the disease come back
