Idk what they are, can someone tell me what they are and if they will harm my tank....found a couple of this crawling through a small piece of live rock that i have sitting on the sand bed with my torch coral...they are long and a pattern of white and black stripes...

Looks like peanut worms. Harmless, they eat Detris, they are harmless and come n many diff. Colors

Hard to tell with the pictures being so small, but I'd probably guess peanut worms as well.
