Advice-Placing 2 Skimmer?

I have a Vertex IN80 skimmer coming in tomorrow and it was planned to replace my odyssea skimmer in my 30 gal. reef with 20 gal. gal sump. The 30 is stocked with 1 maxi mini anemone, 3 rock flower anemones, small colony xenia and a mix of 12 mushrooms & ricordia along with blue clove polyps. There are also 3 small- med ocellaris clowns,1 bangai cardinal,1 coral beauty and 1 long fin wrasse. Now I am considering moving my SWC 120 skimmer over to my 30 and putting the new Vertex IN80 on my 40B gal. reef with 20 gal. sump that is stocked with a dinner plate size xenia colony, 8" leather toadstool, 4 maxi mini anemones, 1- 4" lobo brain along with a mix of 15 rhodactis, mushrooms and ricordia along with blue clove polyps. Also there is a 3 1/2" labouti wrasse, 3 1/2" solar wrasse, 2" Mcosker wrasse and a blue combtooth blenny. Do you think I should put the vertex in my 30 for my replacement or would it be better to move the swc over to my 30 and put the new vertex in my 40?
