Radion to Rapid LED 40 Breeder DIY

What will be the benefit for me changing from 1 Radion (G1) to a DIY Rapid Led 40 breeder kit. The amount of light is same 34 pieces LED except for light combinations and the rapid led has 6 violet UV. Reason I asked is because the Radion is not totally covering the 40 breeder and they recommended 2 radion for this tank, which makes it double in price. I can do the Rapid LED diy kit for less than $400 and yet it covers the whole tank. So,,, what is your take on this.Thanks for any recommendation.
