Kole Tang, Regal Tang, and Coral Beauty?
I have had Kole Tang's in the past with no issue. I was just wondering what the opinion would be on adding a Kole with a Regal since it is a tang, and a coral beauty.

Coral beauty is fine with tangs. Regal tang, well, it depends on the size of the tank. If I understand that you already have a Regal and a CB in an appropriately sized tank and want to add a kole, be aware that Regal tangs can be pesky and territorial.

Exactly. I had a Regal Tang with one hell of an attitude problem. Give us some info on your tank.

It's a 90. Small Regal, tank raised clown, cleaner wrasse and coral beauty. I would be considered a heavy feeder, I think. I have had the Regal for about a month. When I got her she was about an inch and a half, maybe... baby. The coral beauty bullied her for about a day or so and then they have slowly worked it out with no issues.
I do have about 90 lbs of live rock in the tank so it isn't a "minimalist" type tank, but by no means cramped. And yes, I understand that within a year or so, I will need to get the Regal to a fish store for credit as he will be too big. I just want to add one more active fish and have always enjoyed the Kole's in my previous tanks. |

Regal and kole are two very different types of tang, they don't really compete for food, they don't look similar so probably won't bother with each other at all. That said, a 90g is a bit small for the regal, at least long-term. The angel probably won't give the kole a second look after a day or two. I love kole tangs, they're beautiful and industrious fish that earn their keep. Have fun!
