Toadstool killing other toadstool?
I have two separate toadstool corals that came on the same rock. Each are about 6-7 in when fully opened. One is do great and the other is bent over and never opens. I don't think it's because of shedding as I have seen the shedding before and know what it looks like. Could the one that is doing good be killing the other since it seems the other is leaned away from it?

I have never heard of them harming one another. I have one that is 7in across and a smaller one growing from the foot and both seem happy. You could always remove one of them and attach somewhere else.
Also if one is leaning one direction maybe they are unhappy with the spot you have them. The one is able to "lean" and find a better spot. The other one cant lean that far so its unhappy?? I'm just throwing out ideas. I would try and move them to a new location or remove one from the rock. |

Now they both seems to be darker at the base and normal in color everywhere else. Is this normal?
