Blue/Green Chromis overly fascinated w/Foxface

My blue green chromis for some reason seems to be fascinated with the foxface who has been in the tank for about 1.5 weeks. Follows him around everywhere and just hovers above him. Even seems to pick at his spikes with his mouth. Judging by his color, I don't think the foxface is stressed but it is obvious that he is getting irritated by it. He tries to stab the chromis with his spikes but is unsuccessful. Chromis is just too fast and not intimidated in the least. Anyone ever deal with this before? Best just to let it be?

I like the way chromis looks... but I am looking at getting rid of the ones I have in my tank because they try to imitate everything in the tank...

I have even seen them try to do the clown-fish dance of submission before... strange....

I've come to realize they are not as peaceful as they are advertised to be in certain locations. FYI, he is only about 1.5 inches but must think he is much bigger.

trying to prove his dominance he has another thing coming though ahahahha

I'd let it be.. either he'll give up after a few days or the foxface will put him in his place!! hopefully (I'm sure it won't happen) he doesn't get a dose of his venom!!

Good Luck!! Happy Reefing!!

edit:
and yes.. the "Bleens" are not all that peaceful! especially with each other (small tanks mostly) I got two because of their color.. they harassed some of my other tenants.. chose to use a toadstool as a host (weirdos) and eventually.. the bigger one killed the smaller.. such a jerkie!!! I eventually evicted him and replaced him with a McCoskers Flasher Wrasse!! Much better fish!!! I think every tank should have one lol

Are there other chromis in the tank?

Almost like a bonding type relationship.

He found a new friend... That is bigger than the clowns... he is using it as a shield... "Hang out with the big guy and no one will pick on me."

My blue green and Foxy are best buddies, always crusing the tank together and never apart. The Blue green even sleeps in the same area as the foxface.
