Plz help identify white sponge growing in on my LR
My tank has been established for 4 months now and wondering what this is, also are these signs of a healthy tank?..THNKS Pic attached.

Hello I actually had the same exact looking sponge on my rock when I first started my tank. It went away after about a month or so after I noticed it. No worries it won't harm anything.

sponge a filter feeder harmless for sure.
