home made refugium ideas...thoughts...

I have a 40 gal cube as my sump so I didn't add a fuge. I meant to buy a hob and just hang t inside my sump. Well today I was at a local plastics outlet store (always have lots of useful seconds and other products that work great for reefing) and I ran across a couple sheets of 1/4" white acrylic. They are 3.5' x 13" wide. I bought both pieces...same size for $7.00. My thinking is that I could make a homemade fuge to hang in my sump. (Got acrylic adhesive and an applicator too)
Any design ideas would help greatly. I have never even seen a hob fuge but I think w the material I have I could make a suitable box w a hook so I can hang inside the sump. It doesn't need to be pretty since its going inside the sump. Should it have holes in it? To overflow? What dimensions?

Thanks a lot everyone (in advance I feel like an idiot.
Dan

I have been thinking of a way to do the same thing so I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with

OK Ill do that I will say it is a 40 gallon cube so it is tall. It is under my tank in the stand so pics may be not so reliable on a per size basis. Ill give er hell tho.
