Disease or wound healing?

Hello all. I got this wrasse about 9 weeks ago. He spent 5 weeks in QT and was treated with PraziPro. After the 5 weeks I moved him to the DT. A couple of weeks ago he had 2 small, what looked like scratches on his side. They seemed to heal, but he now has these lumps under the skin and one visible, remaining white mark. No other fish in the tank have any problems and the wrasse does not have negative symptoms (eats normally, swims around and is quite active, flashes occasionally). I've never seen a fish with these sort of marks before. Any ideas?
