Karssebooms 145g sps build...

This build has been in the making for a few months now and I feel its time to show whats been goin on. This will be a full sps tank as was my last one

This was the old 90 I will be replacing


The tank is a acrylic 145g with external overflows and coast to coast.

Dimensions 48x30x23.5


Lighting: ATI powermodule 8x54

Skimmer: royal exclusive alpha 170

Return pump: waterblaster 5000

Flow: 2x mp40

Filteration: full zeovit

Controller: apex base

Finally got the tank done. a guy in portland or named wanna reef on our local forum built this

Thanks, I have been around. I'm part of our local forum so I have hang there lately. I never post my tanks so I thought this would be an opportunity for me to contribute to reef central.

Fantastic job, and do not take this wrong, but I am very surprised how much I like the stand with the red interior. The rock work is great. What do you have for livestock?

What kinda of rock did you use? Also what brand of wire tenders did you use? I love the color of the inside of the stand bummer I just painted mine boring white again.

I love how clean everything is! Great job! I never would have thought to paint the
inside red but it looks awesome! I am also in this process so looking at all the other
builds Just makes me realize that I gotta be patient this time and think it all out
and maybe mine will end up looking nice and clean like yours, cant wait to see the
water in it

Will you be using sand in this build? I had a bad experience with my first acyclic tank with coralline algae what will be your plan?
