Reefbreeders value fixture

Anyone who has one and keeps sps please post pics or describe your growth. I'm looking at these for my frag tank and want to know if it will grow sps.

I have an bubble tip anemone in my 46g. They LOVE high-lighting when I read in the anemone section of this forum.

I have a value fixture. Its set at 55% blue and 25% colored. My bubble tip stays at the bottom of the tank ever since I got it 1 month ago. My tank is ~21 inch high and 4-5 inches above the water. I'm afraid to increase the light intensity.. my LPS sitting at the 1-2 inch sand bed might bleach.

If you ever look at the chines LED thread, then you can see people with the value fixture with clams and SPS in the tank.
