Reef Octopus nw 110 question?
So I have my skimmer set up in my sump tank. My water level in that section is high. I raised the skimmer so that the gate valve isn't fully under water. But the valve opening is still about 1/2 an inch under the water. I can see water flowing out. My question is should i raise the skimmer even more? Will it still work effectively the way it is? Should I and can I replace the gate value pipe for a taller one?
