filter sock problem

I used filter socks extensively on my old sump but since setting up my bigger acrylic sump with 2" euro-bracing, there's nowhere to put the socks. Are there sock holders to use specifically with euro-braced sumps?

I haven't seen any commercial sock hangers which clip to a euro braced tank, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Have you thought of making one. Plastic shops in your area can cut the pieces to fit, you glue it up. In the past I've hung plastic clips from cord or plastic ties from the top of the stand which worked well. Good luck.

I am able to get away with not using a sock holder. I have a ball valve connected to the drain just before it reaches the sump and there I have a 24" bungee cord that I wrap once around the ball valve and I use the plastic ring BRS socks ( they have 2 plastic handles at the top inside of the sock) and I connect the 2 ends of the cord to the handles....works really well
