I seriously doubt you will be able to move it without getting some sort of spike.
I've taken down and moved my tank around a few times. I set up a separate container with the fish and leave them there until the main tank settles again after the move. I use one of those plastic square containers used for storage (Rubbermaid). I use water from the tank, a a power head or two and heater.

i would get the 100g tub to store your water, get a rubbermaid to hold your fish, the only reason you would get a spike is if you stir up your sand and rocks. So i would buy new dry sand to add to new tank with dr. tims one and only after you change over just to be safe then acclimate your fish back in using as much water as you can save from the old setup but before you stir up the rocks and sand.

honestly, if it were me, since i am just moving the tank from one stand to the other..... i would empty out half the water into a big trash can.... carry the tank onto the new tank and then using a pump, i would pump the same "dirty" water into the tank again... voila... nothing should happen.... ofcourse like pedro said dont stir up the sand too much...

Tank
I moved my 65 gal last year. Just took the fish, water and rocks out first. Didn't disturb the sand bed, kept the same water, put it back in, set rocks up again, put the livestock back in few hours later and it went fine. No loss of life. Maybe I was lucky but it worked.
