I don't have a filter

So what can I use to clean the water after I move my tank to another room in my house. Its only a 20g, but I'm sure the water will be a little dirty after the move. Is a water change the only option? as that is possible, I have three 4.4g jugs of nutri-seawater.

I do have an AquaClear300 fuge and hydor skimmer, but also sure the fuge shouldn't be mixed with that dirty water, right?

I did this before with a 30g I moved across the room. Remove most of the water into buckets. put fish and coral into buckets as they fill. move tank gently to new place. slowly add the water back to minimize upsetting the bottom. put your fish and coral back in when you are about half full or when the coral will be under the water. The water will clear in a short time. Your coral will most likely be closed up for a little while and your fish may hide out but all should be fine. try not to stir up the sand to much or you could get a mini cycle.

Forgot when filling back up flip a plate over and let the water flow over it, raise the plate as the level comes up. This will minimize upsetting your substrate to much.
