It looks like it is greater than 1/2 the thickness of the glass. I had to discard a 150 for the same size chip. I have had tanks last until I removed them from service 10+ years later with chips in the edge, but nothing greater that 33%. My experience has been, any greater they will form a leak sooner rather than later. It may never leak, and that risk is something only you can take. All of mine were in a shop, so a leak only got a concrete floor wet.

I would toss it, the crack will weaken the seals, and you don't want 125 gallons of water on the floor.

it will "probably" be fine but are you willing to take that risk? New tank, a few hundred, new floors, many thousands, a good nights sleep, priceless.

yeah, I agree with nynick, I think it would be fine, I'd probably throw some clear epoxy on there and have a foam mat underneath it and go with it. Buuuut since it's your tank and money, I wouldn't suggest doing that.

For years? It might not leak for a long time.

Sell it on craigslist as a tank for a reptile. Get at least some money for it. I wouldn't risk it

+1 Don't bother to keep it. Tank is one of the cheapest piece of equipment. Few hundreds vs thousands?

If you salvage it, at minimum I would add a gusset plate-style fix-it... Maybe put it to use as a new sump? QT? Fuge? Can't say I would put it somewhere you couldn't overcome a break/leak though.

My official vote, buy a new DT.

What do y'all think about replacing the whole frame and resealing it or have a glass shop do it
