What eats copepods

What can I put in my 2.5 gallon aquarium that will eat copepods? I know they are beneficial, but having the little bugs crawling all over the walls and flitting through the water is starting to look kind of gross.
Ideas?
Thanks!

Most anything eats them. Normally id suggest a six line wrasse or something, but that is a very small tank.

Is this species of goby more hardy than a clown goby? I was going to keep a clown goby but apparently they are extremely secceptable to ich and it's very hard to treat that in this tank. That sounds like a very good option though, I will look into it. Are there any inverts that will eat them?

With a tank that small, just get another small tank for a qt if you get ich. Not like it'll be hard to disassemble the tank to catch the fish.

Squishi-
How long has this pico been set up? A pod bloom is part of a new tanks "cycle" eventually they will die back to a reasonable level that the amount of nutrients and such can sustain. Unless you are HEAVILY feeding this tank they will not continue to flourish on a monumental level without an abundant food source.

I have found clown gobies to be hardy as all getout for me... but perhaps your trials have faired different. Maybe google barnacle blennies. They are another good option.

What do copepods do for your system? do they eat detritus? algae?

Also, I see 2 kinds, the regular ones, like a circle with a tail, then there are 8 shaped ones with the 2 segments. Is it just 1 is boys and 2 is girls or something?
thanks!

Pods eat everything from left over food, dutritus and algae. Any fish will likely eat them.

The 8-shaped ones might be holding eggs on their tails, or they may be isopods.

hmm...now i'm confused.
I was looking at copepod pictures andmine don't really look like them!
Copepods:brown, girls have the 2 ovaries by tail, upside down pair shape, straight/forked tail.
Isopods: white, fan tail, long legs, black eyes.
Mine are inbetween the two, looking like this:
white, straight/forked tail,no visible legs, right side up pair shapes.
so... what???
whatever they are though, my glass in now crystal clear!

My copepods look white and are pear-shaped right side up. The ones in this pic are right side up.

Here are ones upside down, carrying eggs plus a small one and a larger one with no eggs right side up.

Another with no eggs, right side up.

There are tons of different kinds of each of the pods we have in our tanks, so google's not necessarily helpful unless you know what kind you're looking for or look at reef tank related pics of them.
