help apex display module went blank
I GOT A APEX CONTROLLER ON 5/28/12 SO IT IS LESS THEN A YEAR OLD. LAST WEEK THE DISPLAY WENT BLANK SO I TRYED UPDATEING TO VERSION 4.20_1B13 AND THAT STILL DID NOT HELP. I EVEN UN PLUGGED THE DISPLaY MODULE FOR OVER 24 HOURS AND IT STILL DID NOT FIX IT. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS GREAT BUT THE DISPLAY MODULE. SO I WENT TO MODULE SET UP USING THE WEB INTERFACE AND THERE WAS NO DISPLAY ON THE LIST? WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT? IS IT STILL UNDER WARRANTY? I NEED THE DISPLAY WORKING ASAP.

Check your Module Setup web page - do you have just one display module declared?

Contact NeptuneSys via email, I am working through the same issue and they will remotely connect nothing but great customer service from them.
