margarita snail out of the water

my margarita snail spends an awful lot of time cleaning the very top of the glass....out of the water. she never comes COMPLETELY out, but she comes about halfway above the water line.
Is this normal behavior? should i be concerned?
thanks!

It's normal, which is one of the reasons that Margarita snails aren't great for keeping tanks clean. Nerites and periwinkles will tend to do the same, congregating at or above the water line. The Margarita snail you bought was probably collected intertidally (above the low water line), which is where you'd expect to find them.

Cheers,

Don
