Help Identify This Crazy Thing?

I looked at the tank this morning and saw this weird snake-like thing on the glass. See for yourself:

Any ideas on what it could be? Eggs? Something bad? Thought it was stationary but it appears to be slowly moving.

Snail eggs. No worries.

I see my cerith snails lay those every now and then. Apparently it takes a week or two for them to hatch, but mine always get eaten within a few days.

Thanks! Thought they were probably eggs, but it was such a strange pattern.
