Talking Looking for Frags in El Paso TX

I've been looking for someone here in El Paso to buy frags from...the LPS don't seem to have much of a selection lately. I have a 60 gallon that I started within the 2 months and would like to start putting things into it slowly. I have 2 Damsels, 1 black brindle sea star, 1 Emerald Crab, 3 hermit crabs and 3 button polyps. I also bought some red vegetation from the LPS, not sure what the name of that is (if anyone does, please let me know). I've attached pics of the tank and some contents. I'll keep the Damsels for another week or so, then I can take them back to the LPS I got them from and get credit towards the other fish I want to get. I'm looking for a bulb anemone (for the clowns I want to get) and maybe some feather dusters or some other "free-flowing" type of coral. I don't want anything too colorful or in need of special lighting. I have Fluorescent light in the tank and I can't afford the LED lighting. I looked into that when I first purchased the tank and that's not realistic for me right now. I don't want anything spectacular, maybe some Octocorallia, Xenia or maybe Sarcophyton. Something along those lines anyway. Please let me know. Thanks.

Well first off welcome. but with at least 6 dedicated LFS (local fish stores) not lps. There has to be some of those corals out there for sure. Also Be sure to attend our next meeting and we will have our frag auction also where you can get a variety of corals at a great deal everytime.

it could be LPS...Local Pet store...if they are not all deticated to fish only then it would be a Pet store....take The Ark for instance...they sell all kinds of animals so Pet store is more appropriate than Fish store.

Ah tru that, but then it would be confusing if you were looking for LPS corals at the LPS.

Great point there also!!!...however, by reading the content in the manner is was used you can tell it was meant to be a store rather than a coral.

I'm kind of in the same boat as twin mom, I KNOW I got ripped off, I'm not new to aquariums but I am new to corals, sea creatures on zaragoza charged me $20 for a xenia polyp with one stalk tiny, not even attached to live rock. If anyone just wants to dump what they feel like are nuisance coral in my lap I would appreciate it, but I don't have a problem paying for anything. Any tips on spreading this little guy would help as well

I would say introduce yourself in the faces/forum and tell us what size tank you have. Attend some meetings, we usually bring frags.

I have green hairy mushrooms and green and orange mushrooms. You can have them if you are willing to pick up on the westside.
