i purchased red sea reef foundation b to help boost my alkalinity,is this what reef foundation is for ? and how do you mix it i clumps up in little balls

Sorry can't help you on this one, but I'm a bit concerned that you're about to add something to your tank that you don't know how. Be careful. check instructions... twice.

There are cheaper ways to boost alk, such as baked baking soda.
