Biocube lighting Upgrade

I have a BC29 and I am looking to upgrade the lighting. What I am looking for is cost and heat output, and I would like to keep the original BC29 hood I was thinking of buying a HQI hood If I can find one, a sunpod150w, and last but not least the LED fixtures.
Only one question on the LED's if I go with them how many would I need for a BC29 to hold a nem
