gonna go with ball anemone havnt seen aiptasia with balls on it... Did a search on ball anemone and looks like a white ball anemone... Thank you.. Is these bad like aiptasia??

I do have white feathers multiplying like crazy down there anf they grow super fast..noticed the couple fireworms down there has had a couple babies lol....

since this anemone is growing good does this indicate I could possibly add a desirable anemone?

Not really, these are actually coralimorphs/mushroom corals.
To get a true anemone you must have optimal water quality, high flow, and high light.
From the looks of your tank I would say your lighting is lacking.

How strong are your lights?, the spectrum/intensity?, wattage?
Do you have a RODI unit.

Tank looks to new for a nem but i could be wrong. Read about what nems do when they die or get chopped up by your Ph. I added a GBTA 7months after my tank was done cycling and had sps thriving and i was still worried. Also with in 8 hours my Mp10 ate it and it was not fun pulling it out at 2 in the morn : \ (Its fully regenerated btw @.@ with some corki tentacles

a spectra ro/di and 2x25 watt mixed blue and white led strips
And 2x65w 10k,2x 65w blue compact power lights fixture
really not a big deal not adding one just was curious if the Ball anemone could thrive
could a desirable but im not willing to test it only being close to 2 months into the cycle I was gonna get a couple softy frags and see how it goes. All animals in the tank now damels,chromis,snails,emerald crab peppermint shrimp are doing great water perimeters are ideal.. the ammonia went up a lil when I added the fish but it went back to 0 after a couple days... From everything ive read and ive read a ton lol I think a softy could thrive very easy and where im at the LFS grow their own frags so there really cheap lol...now that being said I really want a BTA can a BTA live in a LPS dominate tank? I do spend at least an hour a day devoted to tank maintenance..

A cycle usually does not last two months, I imagine your cycle is over. If you wan't some more exotic/desirable fish, then I would remove the damsel, they can get pretty nasty.
For corals you wan't very low nitrate ( not 0 as they need a small amount ), really nothing more then 0.5ppm. Your lighting seems strong enough for soft corals, so start of with some leathers, zoanthids, try to stay away from invasive stuff. If you have enough calcium, and alkalinity in your system ( 430ppm and 8DKH ), then you can probably also add some lps corals, such as acans and hammers.
I would wait another couple months to add an anemone, just to let your levels balance out.
When adding an anemone, I would say add it first before the corals, let it find a spot it likes and then add corals around it.

I have orange ball anemones, the only other person that I know of that had trouble besides me also had orange ones. The balls are still white, but inside they have an orange color. I've not heard of anyone having trouble with white or red.

fish im only planning on adding a couple clowns and a regal tang? I think that's the dory fish lol kids have to have those.. I want a watchmen and maybe some sort of trigger other then that I want corals.. my wife wants a dog face puffer so ill one of those and put in a separate 55g later on down the road

Hey There,

How big is your tank? I'm a little concerned about your stocking plans. Please don't take this the wrong way, I do not want to upset you but I fear you may overstock your tank. The dog face puffer should have a minimum of 100 gallons to live in and the Regal tang needs even more room, like 180 gallons. Also if you plan on getting a trigger fish, they need lots of space too, depending upon the species it could be 100-300 gallons minimum. I know these limits don't always seem correct, especially when the fish is a juvenile, but it's important to place fish in a tank where they can spend their entire life. Planning to upgrade in the future because your fish will outgrow its current tank is a practice to be avoided.

I have a 90g DT and a 20gh sump with skimmer then a 55g refug and I said trigger which was incorrect I meant a foxface rabbit fish for some reason I thought it was a trigger... And yes I know they require a lot of attention and be well fed or they could possibly nip at corals... So 2 clowns 1 gobie 1 foxface and I know theres a blue fish that looks a lot like dory I could get instead of tang no biggie there so 4 swimming fish... Ive seen many 55 and 75g with WAY more fish then this and do fine with tangs and triggers and other exotic fish

However im not beyond getting wrasses or hawkfish firefish or something of the sort I really havnt sat down and thought about what live stock I will add other then the clowns just because I want a BTA... Due to the fact I want corals once I start stocking the tank with corals ill plan fish accordingly smaller fish would blend in better then a big exotic hogging all the attention from my reef I guess
