Lets see those water change setups!
Hey guys with the water changes being oh so ever important I was just curious to see if anyone had any elaborate setups to help make them easier. As i al in the process of setuping up a 120 it would be nice to get some ideas from yiu guys. Pictures and descriptions would be great!

Sorry no pictures, but I use a LittermeterIII with two pumps. One pump connected to the made up saltwater the other end to the sump. The other connected to the sump and the other end to a drain. You just tell it how many gallons you want to change per day and it does a 175 tiny waterchanges per day.
Hands down one of the best investments I made. |

The guy I bought my tank from teed off the return line so he could pump out the water and kept a pump in a bucket to refill the tank.
Huh. I might just have to hook that back up. |

ok thought i would post up an idea the bulk head with the gate valve and garden hose hook up is measure from the top to instantly drain exactly 30 gals from our 125 directly out side our garage and down the driveway into the storm drain in front of the house then we take our freshly mixed saltwater from our storage barrel and pump it directly into the return section of our sump and then it pumps in to the DT i hope that helps |
