Lightbulb 15 Gallon Led

i'm starting a new 15 gallon tank(24x12x12) and still undecided on the lighting. this tank will go into cycle tomorrow, so i still have some time to make up my mind. my stocking will be mostly mushrooms/zoas/cloves but i want the light to be able to support sps once i get it stable enough. my only led experience is a par30 over a 5.5g and it's doing awsome, so i want to do led on the 15g as well.

i'm looking at 2 possible setups.

1. x2 par38 full spectrum(about $200 w/ goosenecks).. i've read these cover 12x12 quite nicely.
2. 120w full spectrum dimmable fixture($150-$250 depending on where you get it)

anyone have any other suggestions? i'm trying to limit myself to about $200 on this. also, if it's a DIY, it would have to be very simple, and able to cover the 24x12 without harming my low light corals.

A pair of par30/38 bulbs would be my choice on a 15g. A 120w fixture would be overkill IMO on a 15g, my DIY fixture on my 58 is right at 100w total at its current 60% level. DIY I'd probibly go with 4 neutral white and 8 royal blue as a base along with a few UV and Reds taste. If you played with the wiring a bit they could all probibly be run off 1 dimmable meanwell.
