Protein Skimmer options

I'm in the process of getting equipment for a new tank that's currently getting built

The total water volume is around 250 Gallons with a medium to heavy bioload.

The two skimmers I've been deciding between are:

Marine Sources Monster:

or the AVAST Marine CS3 skimmer:

http://www.avastmarine.com/ssc/do/pr...ne-Skimmer-Kit

The Avast skimmer will have Tunze hydrofoamer pumps inplace of the sicce. Seeing as i can't source sicce 240v pumps.

What's the general consensus of these two skimmers and any other suggestions? Keeping in mind skimmers here in Aussie land are harder to source and big boys like ATB and Bubble King cost more than an arm and a leg
