Return Pump for a 140 running herbie

I'm working on setting up a 140g mixed reef with dual overflows (my first reef ready system) and I plan to use a herbie style drain with 1" bulkheads and pipes. My confusion is on what sort of power return pump I'll need. I've read a to of posts, confusing myself mostly. I've seen people suggest:

1) Anything from 3x - 6x system volume in GPH

2) Match it to my skimmer (a JNS sk2)

I'll be dealing with a 5' rise from sump to an over-the-back return

I know I'll need to check out the head loss chart for whatever pump I get, so now I just need to figure out how many GPH to push. Or even how many I CAN push with this sort of drain system.

Thanks,

Justin
