LEDs For Actinic Lights Only?
I'm trying to get my corals to fluorescence more and was wondering if anyone has added just actinic LEDs to their setup. I run 6 T5s and I'm not ready to switch to LEDs all the way yet.

People do it all the time. Check out reefbrite led strips. They are expensive but work really well.

Thanks Adamc1303...sounds like I need to do a DIY LED setup as the ReefBrite is a little pricey.

I also built my own led light using rapid leds kit and have not had one problem yet. If you buy the solder less kit its really pretty simple.

FYI buildmyled.com is not DIY. You design it and they build it.
