What Kind of Algae?

Sorry, for not having a pic camera died. But I'm sure this is a common algae to identify

Brownish- almost silk/fabric like, and it appears quite quickly. Even stirring up the sand bed won't help. About 30 mins after, it'll just re-appear. I'll update with a pic later if no one can identify it with just description

Upon some googling, I've come to a conclusion. It is Cyano
