Diy led light help!

Hey guys what sup???? So this will be my first ever DIY project and I was thinking on upgrading my t8 light fixture of a 15 gallon to an led fixture. I will use it as were this is going to be installed.This will be for a 15 gallon and I hope it will not be overpowered for a 15 gallon reef. It will consist of 26 leds in total of 3w each.
I uploaded an image of how I am going to blend colours.
Top row will be cool white,
bottom row will be neutral white,
middle royal blue,
orange colour will be warm white,
and purple will be ultraviolet.

I am really open to here any ideas and attached to the creed will be a 120 degree lens.

You might want to consider swapping out some of the whites for blues. Normally you want about a 2:1 ratio of blues to whites. Just a though.

What are you planning to keep and how high will the fixture be from the water surface?
