Six Line Wrasse Might Be Sick?

Hey guys, I noticed late last night that my 6 line wrasse has something on his right side on the tail. It looks to be some sort of pink, fleshy, scab. Here are some pictures I tried to get

He is being housed with A Pygmy Angelfish, 2 Cleaner shrimp, a Blue Leg Hermit Crab, and A Left Handed Hermit Crab (also a few corals). Is it possible that the Pygmy is messing with him? He has no strange behaviors at all. He's eating and swimming just fine, and he seems healthy. If anyone could help me identify what this is, and tell me how I could treat it, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance
