Never heard of it until now. It looks interesting, I like T5/LED hybrids a lot. I wish there was more information on the LEDs used, a good picture of the T5 reflector, and more info on the controller.

I also have been watching them I actually spoke to Jorell about a week ago. Reef Monsters they own the patents and rights of the Prestige LED. Here's his email that I got from them. They use Cree LEDs
"We own a store here in Arizona called reefmonsters. We have the patent and rights to the prestige-led light. I run my store on these lights and believe hands down they are the best lights on the market. We sold out of the first 40 lights in a month and our second batch of lights is due to arrive next week. Our display tank is a 105 rimless reef tank 48x24x21 and we only ramp the light to 55%. Par is amazing and Sps love them. Here is a pic from my store. Technical questions can be answered via the web site but if there is any question in particular you are looking to be answered let us know. Thanks This Pic is one of our display tanks 72"x36"x12 with 2 24" fixtures runing at 75%" |
