Angry Premium Snowflake Clownfish help

I have had my biocube 29 set up for almost a year now. Has been doing pretty good, I get my water tested weekly at the LFS. I do a water change every 3 weeks, and have (even though I was told was not needed) a Oceanic Protein Skimmer. I took my wife to the LFS and she absolutely fell in love with the snowflakes, so I broke down and bought them for her along with a small bubble tip anemone. Now, that is all that is in my tank besides the "clean up crew" (a snail, and some crabs) and a feather duster. Now for my question..
I have had these fish almost a week now, and they have had no interest in the bubble tip. I know they aren't required to have clown fish, but I thought It would be cool to see them "play" with it.
Also, my wife wants to start breeding them...-.- As far as I know, they are far too young. They just started getting their baby bluish shine to them, and are only about an inch and a half. But, nonetheless I have no problem breeding them, because I love marine life, and think it would be cool to be able to actually witness part of the life cycle.. I have been doing as much research as I can on the internet about it. everything from the fry having to eat rotifers after they finish the nutrients from their egg sacks, and not being able to have a filter, only an air stone to provide oxygen and a small water flow in a smaller tanks.. but that's really all I know about it. I plan on buying a 30 gallon tank just for the clowns, but would like help on how to set it up that is cost efficient. Thanks in advance, and sorry this was so long.

Are these tank raised clowns? If so, they may not take to an anemone at all. As for breeding, give them time! One will have to become the dominant female, then just maybe, nature will rule.

I figure since they are snowflakes, they would have to be tank raised.
