Need more info. How old is the tank? Lighting? Water parameters? How long have you had the anemone?

I am fairly new to, but one day when i wasnt able to come home for a day, the lights were on for over 24 hours, the anenome got really small.

i turned off the lights for 20 hours and started another 8 hour cycle and the anenome came right back out
