BM NAC 5.5 Water Level?? Help please
Hey guys just got this skimmer for my 2 week old tank. Skimmer has been running for about a week but it not really pulling anything. I have 3 fish in the tank that i been feeding generously lol. Skimmer is sitting at 7in of water. Should i raise it?? are the mods that will help me? skimm more or is it good en9ough by it self. please help. thanks

Well i have the same skimmer, apart from having a chineses pump that might go bad anytime and its pulling more amps than it should, about .9amps instead of about .37 amp, its been working ok, i have 13 fish and pulls a little skimmate each day, for the price is a good skimmer, it should be at 7-11 inches in the water, just think that in the near future you are going to have to replace the pump, oh and i have not seen any mods for this skimmer
