Razor LED Fixture

I currently have a 39Wx4 T5 fixture and am debating switching to LEDs for my 46 gallon bowfront mixed reef. The fixture I like best so far is the Maxspect 27" Razor 16K light. Does anybody have any experience with this fixture?

In theory, it's supposed to be very good. I really like the selection of leds, but I have never used it.

This is the same light I'm getting for my frag tank and think for the money these lights will be hard to beat. I don't have it yet but the LFS has one up and it looks great with the blues dialed up to about 70% with the whites on 40%. They also have a couple of purple T5's, something like 39 W each. Their setup looks great!

maxpect razor is one of the best LED you get can IMO. the price is really hard to beat compared to the far more expensive ones. Trust me you'll be very happy with this LED. But do remember to start low and let your corals adjust to it. Maybe people complain LED burn their corals mainly because they didn't let the corals adjust to the light and LEDs can be really strong.

used the 10k and 16k 27" razor, tossed it for t5. Couldn't be happier because I had dark spots in the corners of my 40r (3' length). I tried raising the fixture higher to illuminate the full tank, but it didn't help. I would recommend this fixture for tanks with the same length of the fixture or a couple inches bigger. If your rock structures are underneath the fixture, you'll be fine. other than that its a slick fixture and well worth the price. colored sps nicely and brought out the true fluorescence of my lps. I had to switch lighting because t5 illuminates the whole tank and even the undersides of coral (no dark spots).
