sump design for FOWLR

hi guys and girls

just wondered what your thoughts and opinions are on the ideal way you should set up a sump for a 90 gallon FOWLR tank.
sump size? how many chambers? whats in each chamber? equipment?

I would just keep it simple. No baffles, no refugium, etc. Just a place to put your heater, a skimmer, and your return pump. Your standard 20 gallon tank would probably work out pretty well. GL.
