Help slimmy algae not sure if it's cyano or dino's
So about two weeks ago a grey film appeared on my sand bed then close to a week later it became black and stringy by the time the lights would go out it would be slightly brown and then by the morning it would be black agein I'm not sure if it's Dino's because it never gets air bubbles and not sure if it's cyano because it's not red or purple my perameters are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 phosphate 0 SG 1.025 calcium 420 dkh 9 temp stays at 77 ph 8 and all of these have stayed the same since before it showed up and my tank is going to be three months on the 28th any help would be appreciated

Could still have phosphates even with a 0 reading SO limit the amount your feeding, use RO/DI water if you are not already, and maintain your water changes siphoning out what you can while doing so.
Overall though, IMO&E, your tank is only 3 months old and is likely only a phase your tank is going through as new tanks do. Be patient, and wait it out before doing anything radical.
