What is this... And do I get rid of it!

Anything to help me out is appreciated as always! Seems like two different algae types.. but I'm not sure..

First pic it's on the red zoos colony.. A little tough to see.. Second pic is much more obvious

Caulerpa racemosa. Pick it. Use plastic tweezers.
