Does my QT need a powerhead?

I have the two fish below in QT and was wondering if a powerhead would be appropriate during the QT process. Something like a small nano 240 gph hydor korallia is what I was looking at.

Your QT should be treated just like your DT. You need filtration, water circulation, etc.
