Which skimmer Aquamaxx Cones CO-2 or CO-3

I would like to hear some opinions. I am thinking CO-2 for the simple fact that it is rated at 350 gallons and will be less noise and less power.

I am going for a med-heavy bio load with SPS.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Is it for your 210? If so the co-3 would be a better fit. Those ratings on the coneS skimmers are ridiculous. There's not a 6" diameter needle wheel skimmer on earth that would skim a 200+ gallon tank.
