Quarantining Eels

Would it be necessary to quarantine a dwarf golden moray eel? I've heard they are resistant to disease.

Resistant to disease is not the same as disease proof I'd quarantine.

Resistance also doesn't help much for carrying nasties. I always consider QT much more for my display than for the newbie.
