Not identified worm

Hi I'm new to the hobby, had my tank running for one month now It's a 10 gal FOWLR levels 0 ammonia 0, nitrites have one chromis and one cinnamon clownfish, had some detritus and performed a 20% water change. Had some hitchhiker’s one mantis and one big starfish both were removed. Now my wife took this picture but we don't know what kind of worm is, please help me identify it.

Thank you

Bristle worm. NOT the dreaded fireworm. Good scavenger.

It looks like a bristle worm or perhaps a fire worm, in either case a harmless scavenger (harmless unless you touch it in which case you will find out why they are called fire worms).

Yeah just make sure you don't brush up against that sucker. Those little bristles are hard to get out!

Thanks a lot for the info, and sorry for the delayed reply. Last week I was cleaning the filter and found the little guy in it. Didn't make it.

Your cinnamon clown is going to need a much larger tank. They get fairly large at about 5-6".
