Question dry rock adhesive to acrylic help

New build... I am building a acrylic shelf (in a 40" tall tank) with a 3" band around it and I want to glue dry rock to the 3" "side" of the band to hide it.

I do not want to use putty and at this time I have found 4 reef safe "I think" options but i'm not sure which option will hold to both dry rock to acrylic the best.

So would resin, weld-on 40, E6000 or silicone be the best option to stick dry rock to acrylic?

also I'm open for a new liquid Suggestion...

Thanks Tommy Costanza

I used JB Water Weld to glue my rocks.
